Acknowledgment of Contribution: The Sponsor understands that this sponsorship is a qualified sponsorship payment as defined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) under Section 513(i) of the Internal Revenue Code. No substantial return benefit, including advertising, will be provided in exchange for this sponsorship beyond the use or acknowledgment of the Sponsor’s name, logo, or product lines in accordance with IRS guidelines.

Not a Charitable Contribution: The Sponsor acknowledges that this payment is not considered a charitable donation for tax deduction purposes. However, it may be classified as a business expense under applicable IRS regulations. Sponsors should consult their tax advisors regarding the deductibility of this expense. Paco Leadership Collective does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Limitations on Promotional Benefits: The Sponsor understands that any acknowledgment provided by Paco Leadership Collective will be limited to the Sponsor’s name, logo, and general contact information. No qualitative or comparative statements, pricing information, or calls to action (e.g., "Call now" or "Visit our store") will be included, in compliance with IRS regulations governing qualified sponsorship payments.

No Endorsement or Exclusive Rights: The Sponsor acknowledges that sponsorship does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by Paco Leadership Collective and does not grant exclusive sponsorship rights unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Compliance with Laws: The Sponsor agrees to comply with all applicable laws, including IRS regulations regarding sponsorship payments and unrelated business taxable income (UBTI) provisions.
